Delivery is free on every order across the UAE. Your product page, cart and checkout all show your expected delivery dates before you order.
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days, free
Orders are delivered across all seven emirates in 3–5 business days. We call or WhatsApp you before the driver comes.
Same-day delivery in Dubai
Order a brand new phone before 12 PM, Monday to Thursday, with a Dubai address, and it arrives the same day. The countdown on the product page shows how long you have left.
Same-day delivery is for new phones only. Renewed phones, tablets, laptops, watches and accessories follow standard delivery, and so does an order that mixes them with a new phone.
Ordering at the weekend
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday are processed on Monday, and the delivery time counts from then.
Free pickup from our office
Prefer to collect? Pick up your order free from our office: Office R02, Al-Marrar Building, Al-Murrar, Deira, Dubai. We’re open every day, 11 AM to 11 PM.
Tracking your order
Your order confirmation has a link to your order page, which shows each step: confirmed, on the way and delivered. Signed-in customers see all their orders under Account.
