Do you offer a discount for cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and receive 8% off your order.
Can I pay in instalments with Tabby or Tamara?
Yes. Select Tabby or Tamara at checkout to split your payment into 4 instalments, with no interest or fees when you pay on time. The provider's terms apply to late payments.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Brand new Apple products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty on both UAE and International versions. For other brands, the UAE version comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty, while International versions are sold without UAE warranty at a lower price. All accessories are brand new and covered by the manufacturer warranty. Renewed phones come with a 3-month BST Store warranty and a 7-day DOA (dead on arrival) policy.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free across the UAE and takes 3–5 business days. Same-day delivery in Dubai: order a brand new phone Monday to Thursday before 12 pm (UAE time) and receive it the same day. Renewed phones, tablets, laptops, watches and accessories are not included. Orders placed Friday to Sunday are processed on Monday. Online orders are limited to 2 units per item and 15,000 per order; for bigger orders, contact us on WhatsApp.
What condition are your renewed phones in?
Every renewed phone is tested before dispatch, has a clean IMEI with no iCloud lock, and has a battery health of 85% or above. It comes with a 3-month store warranty, which does not cover physical damage, water damage, the screen (LCD) or the camera.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery, provided the box is unopened and still sealed. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange your return.
