Same-day delivery in Dubai: brand new phones ordered Monday to Thursday before 12 pm (UAE time) are delivered in Dubai the same day. Renewed phones, tablets, laptops, watches and accessories are not included.
Free store pickup: collect your order free of charge from our office in Deira, Dubai (Office R02, Al-Marrar Building, Al-Murrar), every day from 11 AM to 11 PM. Choose pickup at checkout and we will message you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order volume.
Order Processing
- Orders placed Friday to Sunday are processed on Monday, and orders placed on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Online orders are limited to 2 units per item and 15,000 per order. For bigger orders, contact us on WhatsApp.
- If there is an unexpected delay (such as public holidays or high-order periods), we will notify you by email or SMS.
- Track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
- If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be cancelled and any prepayment refunded.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; a 3% processing fee may apply if the order is in stock and ready to dispatch. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method; the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
