Most people who walk into our Deira office ask the same thing: should I buy new, or save with a renewed phone? Both are good choices. The right one depends on how long you keep a phone, how much you want to spend and how much the latest features matter to you.
What “renewed” means at BST Store
A renewed phone has had one owner before you. Every renewed phone we sell is:
- In excellent condition, with a battery health of 85% or more.
- Tested before dispatch: screen, cameras, speakers, charging, buttons and network.
- Clean: clean IMEI and no iCloud lock, ready to set up as your own.
- Covered by a 3-month BST Store warranty. Physical damage and water damage are not covered.
- Covered for 7 days if it arrives faulty (dead on arrival): tell us within 7 days and we sort it out.
What you get with a brand new phone
- Sealed in the box, never used.
- A 12-month manufacturer warranty. For Apple, this covers UAE and International versions. For other brands, it covers the UAE version (see our guide to phone versions).
- The newest features and the longest software support.
- Same-day delivery in Dubai when you order before 12 PM.

Choose renewed if you want a flagship camera and build for less, and you are happy with a short warranty. A renewed iPhone 13 Pro or Galaxy S23 Ultra still outperforms most new budget phones.
Choose new if you keep phones for years, want the longest warranty, or need the latest features.
Want more cover? Add an extended warranty
At checkout you can add an extended warranty to a phone: 24 months for new phones, 12 months for renewed phones. It costs 25% of the phone’s price.
