On our product pages you choose a Version as well as storage and colour. The phone itself is the same genuine model. What changes is where it was made for, the price, and for some brands the warranty.
The versions at a glance

iPhone: TDRA, Hong Kong or Japan
Every new iPhone comes with Apple’s 12-month warranty, whichever version you choose. The differences are small:
- TDRA is the UAE version, the simplest choice.
- Hong Kong and Japan versions are often a little cheaper. On Japan versions the camera shutter sound always plays and can’t be turned off.
- SIM setup can differ between versions. Each product page shows what the version you pick supports.
Samsung and other brands: UAE or not
For Samsung, Motorola, Vivo and other brands, the warranty depends on the version:
- TDRA (UAE): 12-month manufacturer warranty in the UAE.
- Middle East and International: no UAE warranty, at a lower price.
If a manufacturer warranty matters to you, choose TDRA (UAE). If you want the lowest price and are comfortable without a UAE warranty, Middle East or International saves money. You can also add our extended warranty at checkout.
Tablets, laptops, watches and accessories
These are listed as UAE or International (watches and tablets can also have a Middle East version). The same rule applies: the UAE version comes with the UAE manufacturer warranty.
