- This website is operated by BST Store (Bilal Sohail Trading LLC), based in the United Arab Emirates.
- By placing an order, creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
- We may update, modify or remove any part of these terms at any time. Please check this page periodically for updates.
2. Products and Services
- We strive to present accurate product details, images, descriptions and prices. However, errors may occur.
- BST Store may update or discontinue products at any time without notice.
- Product availability is subject to stock levels.
3. Orders and Payment
- All prices are in AED (UAE Dirham).
- We accept debit and credit cards, cash on delivery (with 8% off) and interest-free instalments with Tabby and Tamara.
- If an error in pricing or availability is found, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Online orders are limited to 2 units per item and 15,000 per order. For bigger orders, please contact us on WhatsApp. We may cancel orders that exceed these limits or appear fraudulent.
- The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same as those printed on the transaction receipt; the amount charged will be shown in your card’s currency.
4. Shipping
Free delivery across the UAE in 3–5 business days; orders placed Friday to Sunday are processed on Monday. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unopened boxes only. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Warranty
Brand-new Apple products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty on both UAE and International versions. For other brands, UAE versions carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty, while International versions are sold without a UAE warranty at a lower price. Renewed devices carry a 3-month BST Store warranty and our 7-day Dead on Arrival Policy. Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse. See our Warranty Policy.
7. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- BST Store is not liable for unauthorised use of your account.
- Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or make purchases through the website.
8. Limitation of Liability
- BST Store is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services.
- We are not responsible for lost data or personal content on any device returned or exchanged.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
10. Legal Disclaimers
- We will not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
- Customers must retain copies of transaction records and BST Store policies.
- All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
- BST Store will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
- BST Store is not responsible for the privacy policies of external websites it may link to. For third-party data use, please contact them directly.
